I have been experiencing significant challenges due to the recent purchase of an ELEGOO Mars 4 MSLA 3D Printer by my partner. Despite multiple attempts, we have been unable to successfully print out any products. Each attempt has resulted in defective prints, items falling apart, or encountering various other technical issues specific to the ELEGOO Mars 4 MSLA model. Given these ongoing problems, we are seeking assistance and would like to have someone knowledgeable in 3D printing come to our house to inspect the printer and printing process. We hope that having an expert on-site will help us troubleshoot the issues we've been facing and provide guidance on how to achieve successful prints with our ELEGOO Mars 4 MSLA 3D Printer. These challenges have been frustrating and we are eager to find solutions and improve our printing results with the assistance of a professional.
