Hello, Need demolition services for house at 212 Lillian Avenue Salisbury as house has to be knocked down. The electricity, water and sewer has to be disconnected and house is ready to demolish. The house is 20 to 25 years old so should be expected to have asbestos in roof. The Construction area is some 150 sq m. The quote to be lumsum and should include for cost associated with builder approval for demolition, removal of all waste from site and have land cleared including removal of stumps out of ground.
