We have a small backyard and with a balcony above us. There is a leak where pergola is attached to the balcony. Need someone with experience fixing these kind of issues as i am not sure if it needs to sealed from above or put a gutter or drain underneath it to catch the drip.

Flat roofed patio to be built out from the back of my house, near a pool.

Copy a pre-existing free-standing timber rafters with steel posts Pergola above newly tiled deck area. Original removed to allow for waterproofing slab and new floor tiling. Good straight seasoned timber rafters stacked on-site.Steel posts being sanded and re-painted.Simple design, orinally built in 2010, re- using steel 100 x 100 posts and some of the straight 240 x 45 treated pine rafters . Noggins to be added this time around to keep all timbers straighter. Simple balustrade below using White's ' Screen Up' from Bunnings and same 240 x 45 pine hand rail. Have working drawings and photos of 2010 pergola/ balustrade as reference point. Instead of using galv L brackets to attach posts to concrete slab below,we will be using Federation Post Covers attached to tiled slab. We will have all timbers and Steel pre-primed and painted prior to installation.

Copy existing one. Simple Design. Free Standing. Have Kept Steel Posts and Rafters that are not warped. Will supply new Rafters and all Hardware. No Battens. Plus Simple Balustrade. These will be all new Timbers or perhaps Bunnings Permatimber with aluminium channels between posts.

Help me dismantle a pergola and stack the timber

Install a shed 1.52m(w) x 3m (l) x 2m (h) 1) Supply and Lay concrete slabs - I have worked out the configuration to take into account the spans (various sizes 600x600x38mm to 300x600x38mm). The ground has been cleared, may still need some levelling/compacting.
