Looking for someone to clean and spruse up the pergola/outdoor toilet area before Christmas. Small space but needs a decent clean! We are about to become a family of 4 and have some small renovations going on to the bathroom, including removing the indoor toilet. This pergola toilet area will be our makeshift toilet for the next couple of years and it needs a good scrub and spruse. We've hardly used it, it came with the house when we bought in December last year. With full time work, being heavily pregnant and a toddler there is no energy/time for this job. Hi I have three painting jobs that need doing between two houses; one at Adamstown and one at Floraville. First job is to paint some window architraves in a bathroom and ensuite. The architraves are currently wood-stained, but I'd like them to be painted white. Second job is to paint two restored balcony pergolas. Some of the painting will be on new wood and some will be on existing surfaces. Third job is to re-coat a pine entry deck and wheelchair ramp with wood stain. I'll provide the paint for these jobs.
