Gate needs to be moved from current location to end of driveway. The width of new location is maybe 12 cm shorter than current location. I’m thinking the whole thing could just be moved as is and would close a bit wonky, but might need smaller posts to fit. Or gate could be cut smaller. It’s a simple metal frame, welded.

Drain pipe is blocked and becomes evident after a heavy rainfall. Had a plumber clear the drain pipe a few weeks ago and he identified the drain pipe to be borken outside the house near the letter box through camera inspection. The break is near the letter box under driveway. Issue was temporarily fixed but with recent heavy rainfall the block is still evident. Previous inspection had identified the spot where the drain pipe is clogged up around the marked spot in the attached photo. - Due date: Flexible
