We are looking for someone to pressure wash a stamped concrete driveway and path, carport, concrete stairs, and timber porch floor. All of these areas are at the front of the property. Please see photos. Water pools at the bottom of the stairs. It may take a little longer than usual in that area because you’ll need to push (sweep?) any water over into the garden. You will need to have your own equipment. There is electricity and a tap available. We would like it done before Monday. I have all my own tolls- electric drill with metal drill bits, screw driver, measuring tape etc. But if two people may need to bring an extra set as only own one. Looking for The 18/5/21.

Plumber left an untidy hole in my driveway and need it to look good as I am selling the property soon. The hole has a grate but the outer edges have bitumen which keeps sinking. It needs reconcreting around the edges.

I would like to get a pergola ceiling fan installed. It’s a flat roofed pergola I will supply the fan, would just need to know what sort to buy. I would appreciate some info/pics on how and where it can be mounted. There is currently no fan/lights on the pergola. Planning for when covid restrictions are lifted and work can be completed again
