Remove existing timber Juliette balcony (see picture). Access is either from inside or up a ladder onto the lower roof line. Build timber frame to affix a new aluminum balcony. I think this is a base on the floor and on the walls. Will need to discuss this a little as I am not 100% clear on what is possible / needed. New balcony is being sourced and installed separately, they just want a proper frame to attach to and that it will be waterproofed - Due date: Flexible

I have an existing pergola, 8m wide and 1.5m long. I want to extend this all the way to the end of the deck. It's about 7m long. There's an existing sail that needs to be taken down too. Easy job. I am having the roof covering on pergola replaced. While the roof is off (a company called G Force is doing that work) I want the wooden roof supports repainted - white struts in photos. Timing to fit with when roofer has taken roof covering off. Roofer hasn’t given me exact date but advises first half September. We need a window removing, the opening made bigger. A lintel needs to go in and then the new window needs to be installed.
