Hi Michael, we just moved from spring farm to our place in Kogarah. Need some demo and building jobs done. Sing out if you’re keen. Your photos look good and are essentially what we want. Job 1- demolish a structural wall ( would prefer entire wall to be removed, but if this can’t be done than the priority would Be for a small part of it to be removed first ( 2.9m wide x 2.3m high) that’s all brick , and open it up ( will need a steel beam here) Job 2- kitchen wall removal Job 3- upstairs wall removals, and entrance cut out to walk in robe. Job 4- construct walls upstairs Job 5- construct a walk in pantry off the kitchen down stairs with access through the garage wall. Job 6- access to garage through garage wall. Depending on price and quality of job, the view is to get all the bathrooms te done also, but initially we want the work as Described above to be done.
