Need someone to help in the demolition, preparation, and installation of a small kitchen. I have commenced demolition but don't have time to complete it. No change to plumbing, electricals, and no new appliances. We have arranged an on-site quote from Bunnings for the kitchen. If I could find someone experienced and can meet me on site on the 21st, 22nd, or 23rd Jan to discuss the project and negotiate a price to conduct the work. Kitchen Sink and a 4-set drawer cabinet has gone past its expiry date. We are in need of someone to remove and dispose, then install new sets from a flat-packed IKEA cabinet. Task Scope: - Remove existing corner sink cabinet and a 4-set drawer cabinet. Dispose off site. - Install a new kitchen (corner cabinet 1.2mx0.6m, a 3-set drawer cabinet 0.6mx0.4m) from a flatpack. A laminate benchtop is required to be cut into size. - New Sink and Drain is in same place, but will require plumbing works to reattach. Remove old kitchen Install new kitchen and sink

Need IKEA kitchen carcasses only to be installed, secured and level. Carcasses will be pre-assembled. There are 20 carcasses that will need to be installed. Assembling of the carcasses, installation of doors, drawers, handles, etc. shall be excluded from scope. Existing kitchen has already been removed, plumbing and electrical have already been re-routed. House is a timber stud frame house with timber floors. Located in Riverton. - Due date: Needs to be done anywhere between Thursday, 27th Jan 2022 and Sunday 30th Jan 2022. Important to be done by 30th as flooring will be done the next day.
