Looking for a quote for a basic yet still nice shop fit out build. Existing roof is good and floor is good for a base. Need flooring put down, shop split into 4 x square areas as indicated in my picture. (waiting room and 3 x smaller rooms) Can be in metal frame or timber. Plastering, plumbing and painting needing to be done and tiling in some areas. Electrical I will do. I will provide material like doors, tiles, lighting, flooring etc.

Pergola top slats repair, pergola size approx 5.5 m by 2.5 m, set up the ladder, remove old timber slats, supply, trim, and install new 70 x 35 mm treated pine battens/ purlins, attach to the top at 900 mm spacing, supply, trim and install new sand colour or light grey colour shade cloth, and fix to the slats with appropriate tension and clips, trim edges of the shade cloth, clean up and removal of rubbish. - Due date: Flexible - Due date: Before Tuesday, 31 October 2023
