Build a small brick enclosure with doorway

    $250

    Floreat, Western Australia, Australia

    16th Nov 2018

I need you to build me secure tool storeroom inside my shed. This task is to for you to build an L shaped brick wall in the corner of the shed to create a small enclosed room for storing tools - the shed walls will provide the other two sides. This will include bricking in a steel framed doorway and installing a solid core door. Dimensions will be approximately 2m wide x 1.5m deep x 2m tall so about 5.5sqm of bricks altogether excluding the door. Would prefer to use concrete blocks instead of normal bricks but open to suggestions. I will pay for all consumables (cement, blocks, yellow sand) and I can provide a cement mixer on site. You supply the know-how, string lines and any hand tools like trowels and levels.

Approximately 18 limestone blocks that are formed in a wall. Each block is a metre long and weighs in excess of 100kg. 2 men required to break wall and then chip away the concrete render for reuse of the blocks. estimate 4 hours work.

    Limestone wall cleanup and resurface

    $500

    Floreat WA 6014, Australia

    24th Sep 2018

Bit of a long shot for Airtasker, but will give it a go... We'd like to cleanup out limestone walls which need a bit of a 'birthday' including surface clean up (pressure cleaner / chlorine), fill in the larger gaps / grout. The top blocks of the rear stairs also need to be dug out and two large blocks installed to support (see pic). Open to quotes or hourly rate and estimate of time. Would like someone who can demonstrate previous work with retiring limestone.

Remove & Dispose Concrete Slurry & Gutter Guard

    $100

    Floreat WA, Australia

    24th Aug 2018

We have approximately 12 pieces of concrete slurry from the install of a concrete pad in our backyard and a quantity of gutter guard as pictured as well as a small child's basketball hoop that we need removed and disposed of by COB Tuesday 28th of August. These items are currently stored in a backyard and there is a narrow side gate access. Some of the pieces of concrete slurry are large and heavy and may require a trolley or similar to remove.

Brick up 2 x small overhead windows

    $800

    24th Sep 2018

Install a hand rail on my steps

    $180

    Floreat, Western Australia, Australia

    30th May 2017

Need a safety hand rail installed on my front steps to allow older visitors to hold onto. Prefer construction to be timber and painted white (I can supply paint). You need to supply timber and fixings. 4 brick steps so length of rail is about 1,6m. Rail will attach to a timber upright at the top of stairs and needs to be bolted to the bricks at the bottom of the stairs. Material required is the rail itself (approx 1.6m) and the upright at the bottom of the stairs about 400mm since the bricks are already about 200mm off the ground).

Steve was great - did the job the next day, Proposed an alternative solution that worked well and was easy to deal with, thanks very much!
