We are renovating our ensuite bathroom and WIR, and we need to construct a new timber non-load bearing stud wall frame to divide the two rooms. The wall needs to be 2,140 mm wide by 2,430 mm high. The house is built on stumps with a timber floor. We need to have this done before Saturday, 9 December (i.e. by Friday, 8 December 2023). We are flexible in terms of when you come, as we both work from home. The attached picture shows the existing structure, with the existing stud wall. We will arrange to remove the existing stud wall separately after the new wall is built. We don't need you to do any plastering. - Due date: Before Saturday, 9 December 2023

I want to build a pergola which is attached to the house. 7.8 mx 4.0 m. I need help to apply and obtain a building permit - Due date: Flexible

Build a small pergola (2.6m width by 1m depth) similar to photo attched

Replace old pergola with treated wood equivalent, including removal of old. Section 1: Size 4.75x2.75mx2.6m high. One side resting on side of house afainst gutter beam at present. Thinking 2 additional support columns bolted to floor instead, but can attach some to house or house gutter beam. Other side has 2 columns, thinking 3 columns to strenghten. Into ground Top to be plexiglass (or similar), free draining away from house. Current shade cloth to be replaced by plexiglass. Section 2: small light section above fish pond, 1.6x2m, open structure with a little bit of shade - just beams for a little bit of shade on fish pond. Can be treated pine or metal, pre painted or painted in place by me (whatever works for you) Work can be done over weekends or as it suits, not really urgent. Budget fexible.
