Cuts must be as close to flush with the top of the slab. Concrete rubble to be stacked neatly on site for owner to remove. Happy to negotiate additional cost for material removal. Saw cut demolition to be determined by the operator, 9” grinder with masonry disc would work best for horizontal cut on the vertical wall face. Cutting at a minimum to reduced rubble and noise. Owner will assist with works as much as possible. Note - planter box soil will be removed prior to works
