We have an approved DA, but have submitted a 4.55 amendment to demolish and reconstruct an existing masonry staircase, adding bin storage underneath and adding a balustrade. The rebuilt staircase will be in exactly the same position and size as the old one. City of Sydney Council requires floorplan drawings (existing and proposed), section drawing, and elevation to scale, with dimensions.

Small one bedroom apartment 55SQM in Darlinghurst Sydney. Kitchen, approximately 2.2m x 3.1m needs to be demolished, appliances disconnected. Floor in the kitchen (come kind of an old cork or linoleum thin floor) needs to be removed. Brick half-wall needs to be demolished. Carpet in the living room and bedroom needs to be removed as well. One optional item. Sink and undersink cabinet in the bathroom need to be demolished (not 100% sure I want to touch the bathroom for now).

Assess timber joists floor load capacity in the bathroom 1.74x2.43 size. The joist are 4.5 cm thick and 14.5 cm tall. The space between the joists is 41cm. Not sure what wood that is but seems pretty solid.

We already have the brand new parking bollard (post) in box. Needs to be installed on our driveway which is concrete, so we can place a padlock on it so no one can park there.
