It\u2019s something most Sydney-siders aren\u2019t too familiar with, so you can understand no one in our office wanting to go and get a bite of lunch.<\/p>\n<p>Lucky for us, we knew we\u2019d be able to find a helpful Airtasker willing to brave the weather and make a <a title=\"food delivery\" href=\"https:\/\/www.airtasker.com\/au\/services\/food-delivery\/\">food delivery<\/a> to our toasty warm workplace.<\/p>\n<p>All we had to do was to think of what to get, however after seeing a couple of tasks for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.airtasker.com\/food-delivery\/lord-of-the-fries-delivery\/\">Lord of the Fries delivery<\/a> on Airtasker, our CEO Tim, suggested that we give it a go too.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re not sure what <a title=\"Lord of the Fries delivery\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lordofthefries.com.au\/\">Lord of the Fries<\/a> is, we didn\u2019t have a clue either, but it\u2019s a hugely popular vegetarian fast-food chain from Melbourne that opened up just under a year ago on George St, Sydney CBD.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-543\" src=\"https:\/\/www.airtasker.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/photo-4.jpg\" alt=\"Lord of the Fries food delivery Airtasker\" width=\"700\" height=\"326\" srcset=\"https:\/\/airtasker-seo-wordpress-blog-assets-prod.s3.ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/24065659\/photo-4.jpg 700w, https:\/\/airtasker-seo-wordpress-blog-assets-prod.s3.ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/24065659\/photo-4-300x139.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 984px) 61vw, (max-width: 1362px) 45vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We have to admit that at first we didn\u2019t realise it was vegetarian but with three styles of fries and 14 different sauces, the guys in the office weren\u2019t deterred and made their orders.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-541\" src=\"https:\/\/www.airtasker.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/photo-1.jpg\" alt=\"Lord of the Fries food delivery Airtasker menu\" width=\"700\" height=\"327\" srcset=\"https:\/\/airtasker-seo-wordpress-blog-assets-prod.s3.ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/24065700\/photo-1.jpg 700w, https:\/\/airtasker-seo-wordpress-blog-assets-prod.s3.ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/24065700\/photo-1-300x140.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 984px) 61vw, (max-width: 1362px) 45vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To get the order in time for lunch, I quickly put the Lord of the Fries Delivery task up for $30 due to the distance from the outlet to our office and the Airtasker needing access to a car.
