Recently bought a secondhand bike but rear brake isn’t working (hand break itself seems to be stuck). Also rubs on rim when riding. Looking for someone to diagnose and fix the problem. Bike was pretty cheap - just looking to get it functional.
Steve was very helpful and spent a lot of time trying to fix the problem even though the issue turned out to be irreparable. He clearly explained the fault and I felt satisfied with the outcome. Would definitely recommend Steve!
