1) I would like to cap and close the current shower, remove the frame. 2) Install a glass frame on the bath 3) install an externally fitted shower head in the bath. (Tap into existing bath outlet and no internal pipe work) 4) Optional - remove the existing shower base. I am an old loser with no money who inherited an apartment in need of what is probably minor renovation from a builder’s point of view. My proposal is an exchange of your expertise for free accommodation here at Balgowlah near Manly on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The Master Bedroom would normally be listed at $400 per week, possibly $500 for a couple. I would be the apprentice and procurer. How big a job would it be to turn our so-called “bathroom” (no bath, just a shower) into a real bathroom again? I dream of remodelling the whole bathroom to include a bath and toilet but for starters, a new ceiling and exhaust fan would be nice. We are looking at renovating our bathroom on a new flat we've just purchased. We have all the fittings, tiles, new toilet, vanity etc so just looking for somebody who can waterproof, tile and attach new fittings (ie the toilet, wall mounted vanity etc) Bathroom is 1.5M wide and 3.4m Long (so quite small) we are removing the bath and putting an open shower with one glass screen where the bath currently is. We are increasing the current vanity size but plumbing should all stay the same. Tiles will only go up half the wall for 3 of the walls, for the shower wall it will have full feature tile wall. Looking at getting work started in 29th Jan/or that first week in Feb. Looking at hearing offers at what you'd charge for demo and fitting. Attached is current bathroom. Thanks
