Description: We are in the advanced stages of renovating a property and require an experienced tradesperson to complete the tiling work in our bathroom and kitchen/laundry areas. It is important to note that the original floor bedding in the bathroom has been removed, which will require the successful applicant to prepare a new bedding before proceeding with waterproofing and tiling. Tasks Include: Bathroom Renovation (Upper Level): - Preparation of a new floor bedding to ensure a level and solid base for tiling. - Waterproofing application to the floor and walls. - Tiling of the bathroom floor and walls up to the ceiling with provided 600 x 600 tiles. - Installation of a shower screen, vanity, mirror, and rails. Kitchen/Laundry Area: - Tiling of the floor in the kitchen, laundry, and downstairs toilet with the same 600 x 600 tiles. - Coordination with another tradesperson who will be completing the final cabinet and kickboard installation. (kickboards to be installed before laying tiles) Additional Details: - Using the same 600 x 600 tiles for both wall and floor across the bathroom and downstairs areas. - All tiles and bathroom vanity, shower screen and fixtures already onsite. - Floor plan in photos (highlighted in yellow) Location: Woodridge Requirements: Experience in creating new floor bedding for tiling.
