All key components (bath, toilet, vanity, tiles etc...) have been purchased. When: 27th Feb - 1st Mar has been allocated for the tiling work (Time is tight and is to be completed between tenants). Scope: An estimated 2-3 day of work to tile / grout the room post waterproofing etc ... This quote is for the hourly rate in case the time runs beyond the quoted total hours. Any consumables utilised during the work will be paid in cash based on used materials. I have other jobs posted for this same job (Plumbing, electrical) - So please look at these also. As previously there will likely be ongoing work in this investment property as jobs continue to arise. Scope: An estimated 1/2 day of work to run any required electrical work (light switch, plugs, fan) immediately followed the re-piping for the plumbing. This quote is for the hourly rate in case the time runs beyond the quoted total hours. Any consumables utilised during the work will be paid in cash based on used materials. I have other jobs posted for this same job (Plumbing, electrical, tiling) - So please look at these also. As previously there will likely be ongoing work in this investment property as jobs continue to arise. Please Note: I am keeping this task here, however I have broken down the tasks into seperate capabilities. This is an overview of the requirements, however I have now asked for an hourly quote for plumbing, tiling and electrical work. Initially this will be for the bathroom renovation, however there will likely be additional tasks required around the property. Please see the seperate tasks. Hi, I will add photos to this post on Thursday once I visit the property to take some detailed pictures to allow for more accurate representation of the requirements. Scope: The bathroom is older in style and needs a renovation/modernisation. There has been some leakage in the past 'behind' the shower tiles/pasterboard and this will pulling down and redoing. 1 - There is a potential that this will be an insurance job due to the previous leak. I will need a report provided as to the damage, pictures, detiled quotes etc ... to suit the insurance agency. 2 - Design new bathroom layout (basic / discussion for approval) 3 - Modernise (I can purchase direct and have these available on site, however I will need direction in volume, what etc ...) 3 - Tiling / plumbing / painting to finish. This is a rental - So it will be budget and will need to last, but I am also not looking for something plain white here. This will obviously need an inspection to get a better idea, however at this point I am looking for details, pictures of previous work, reviews. I have tennants in place for ~ 2 months. Once they move out I will be looking to smash this out over 7-10 days, pending waterproofing requirements. I will update this over the coming days as I get more information. - Due date: Flexible
