The shower place has roughly 9 tiles, it's done in a way that's put on top of exiting bathroom tiles, one of them are a bit weird when you step on it as the water comes out and started leaking assuming you just had a shower. It would be great if you can fix the leak, if not and if re-tile is required, I'd like you to make a quote for that separately as well.
