I've run out of time to finish the install of the reverse camera in a Passat b7 wagon. Pioneer aftermarket head unit fitted, aftermarket replacement camera fitted with wiring pulled through to drivers footwell. Camera works when powered but won't trigger on reverse. You will need to fix wiring in tailgate (power / maybe trigger needed), then extend wiring from footwell to head unit as it's not long enough. Probably stuff around with trigger if required as well - should work from canbus but isn't. Camera wiring has rgb connector and trigger wire. Probably a simple fix. - Due date: Flexible
