Will pay for the tip separately. I specifically want this done manually with shovels/wheelbarrows and removed in trailer loads. I don’t want excavators, bobcats or other heavy machinery going over the lawn, as I’m trying to avoid excessive lawn and property damage. I need a timber sleeper installed underneath the existing retaining wall. The sleeper is needed to close off the gap underneath the retaining wall so concrete can be poured up to the wall without spilling underneath. The ground slopes, so the sleeper will need to be cut to follow the slope/angle of the ground so it fits neatly into the gap. I haven’t measured the gap yet, so I’d like someone who can measure it, cut the timber to fit and install it securely. Timing: Needs to be completed before Tuesday. Photos attached.

I have a front yard that needs red brick edging laid in. Job will consist of: - leveling the ground - clearing some concrete around a drain near the edge - laying brickwork (height will be about 2 to three bricks) Bricklayer to provide bricks (will be paid for ofcourse) No idea what the going rate is so please quote accordingly, or let me know if you want to visit before quoting. The timber retaining wall is being pushed from the dirt and considering there is only 1 timber post for about 2-2.5m it is unable to hold on and has been leaning. Looking for quotes to temporarily remove the fence panel, dig some of the dirt from behind the wall, remove the existing timber post that is leaning and replace it, add another 2 posts and put back the fence panel.
