Find an experienced plumber in Sydney

Hi Airtaskers, I need a licensed plumber to help fix a leaking main water meter. Here’s the situation: The water meter tap is leaking, and turning it to the off position does nothing (likely a broken seal or seat). Its been years since its been turned) Sydney Water has confirmed they cannot assist as the issue is more than 1 metre inside my property boundary. They suggested a plumber may be able to resolve this by perhaps freezing the pipes. The pipes might be located at the back of the house in a "dunny lane" and appear to be encased (photos attached for reference). I need someone experienced with these types of repairs and equipped to handle pipe freezing if necessary. Please let me know your availability, estimated costs, and whether you’ll need to inspect before starting the job. Thank you!

Live in owned apartment. Kitchen tap has poor/slow water flow/pressure and poor hot water temperature. Cold water flow slightly better than hot water (see photos). The slow water flow / pressure is making doing dishes difficult.

Hi Airtaskers! I’ve just removed an old vanity basin and need assistance installing a new 900mm vanity. The new vanity is the same size as the old one. Here's what's needed: Install and secure the new vanity. Cut holes in the vanity to fit the inlet pipes. Connect the new tap (already purchased) and ensure proper plumbing. Fix a slight drip in the inlet pipes. I can assist moving vanity in position I also have a new cistern to replace the old one. Photo is a catalogue image of the new vanity. I’d like the task to be completed this week. All parts are ready; just bring your tools and expertise. Thanks!

Install bidet. I have the bidet i also have the connector. You probably need some epoxy seal and tape because for some reason it leaks

Blocked kitchen drain. It eventually drains slowly, but after using the tap for awhile, it filled the sink and stays blocked for awhile. A new U pipe was installed about 3 weeks ago. I think the issue is further down the sink.

Washing machine was installed today and now no hot water to laundry sink. Not sure why . when i turn hot water valve on water comes from the under sink tap. Is something missing now ? See photos.

Plumber needed to unclog drain stopper. The drain stopper is stuck on the close function. It was working perfectly normal yesterday. I washed out some soiled items that had mud (and potentially small rocks). Since then the drain stopper won’t pop back up. I’ve tried Draino without success. I removed the cap (as pictured) to try to clear the drain. May need a drain snake or to clear out the pipe.
