Two outdoor taps have slow leaks. Need these repaired or replaced.

Kitchen tap needs to be replaced/ and or fixed it's unusable at the moment due to a significant leak. Bathroom toilet seems to have a slight leak when flushed but importantly the flow from the sink seems to be going to the toilet so need to get that investigated / fixed too.

Task Description: Looking for an experienced plumber to swap out our kitchen sink mixer tap. It should be a straightforward swap. The Details: • What needs removing: A standard black gooseneck mixer tap mounted on a stone benchtop. • What needs installing: A brand new Caroma Husk sink mixer (chrome, retractable dual spray). It is brand new in the box with all parts and hoses included. • Location details: Standard under-sink access. Requirements: • Please bring your own tools and any standard consumables (like plumbers tape) needed for the job. • Must ensure there are no leaks once installed and tested. • Please take the old tap and any packaging away with you. I have attached photos of the current tap and the box for the new one so you know exactly what you are working with.

Switch board blew in storm a few weeks ago and we haven’t had hot water since. There is a slight hint of very minimal warmth then straight back to cold Switch board is all working. Hot water system is on under the house …. Please see attached photo of system lights

Gas hot water is turning off during shower, shower silicone needs to be replaced, new taps needed in kitchen, possible bathroom as well depending on what is causing the hot water to cut off.

Toilet seat on our Pasini - nahm toilet has come loose. One of the attachment hinges is broken (can see broken piece in photos). Though one of the hinges is still good, would like whoever does the job to replace both hinges, 2nd one looks like it could do with change (+10 years old). Job involved replacing both hinges for toilet seat to attach to new hinges

Hot water tap in shower is loose. Sink tap is also leaking slightly so may need to grouting. Very minor task I don’t imagine it will take long!

Drop kitchen sink, clean the black mouldy silicone away and re seal with fresh silicone and then return sink. Sink sits under marble bench.

Need a plumber to come install a toilet seat cover and fix a leaking tap in our bathroom. Cheers

Our kitchen sink got blocked and some water is dropping under the sink and leaking from the dishwasher

I am seeking a licensed plumber to do some bathroom work. **Please confirm that you are fully licensed before responding.** All items are supplied. Job list includes: 1. Remove old shower head 2. Install new twin shower head (back plate and shower head supplied) 3. Remove two rusted basin taps 4. Cut down old copper wall pipes 5. Install wall stops (stop cocks and flanges supplied) 6. Install new basin mixer tap (supplied). You’ll need to bring your own tools and may need to supply incidental materials eg. plumbers tape, connectors for pipes/stops, etc. I might ask some questions/advice about possible additional work - potential for future jobs down the track. Toilet is leaking from base. It’s not fixed with concrete to tiles. Need fixed in next few days .. by end of week.

We bought a new washing machine (in a new house) and we can’t seem to connect the hot water valve to water supply. Essentially the left hand red hose needs to connect like the right hand blue one does. It may require a diverter or some extra part, so please ensure you have that (or can tell me exactly what it is - there’s a Bunnings very close), as we’ve already bought a few clamps. Unfortunately my kitchen renovation project hasn't gone as expected and the plumber contracted has failed to show up 3 times. Kitchen renovation will require plumbing for: heater, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen sink, fosset and a line of water to the fridge. Current status of kitchen is - skeleton of cabinets (pictured) Additional work required: To install a hot water heater to AS3500 on a tray with a waste connected, if the tray can not have a waste fitted it needs to have a safety water shut off valve install onto the tray (Mildred valve). The hot water heater also needs a tempering valve attached, and all correct back flow devices attached. None of which were connected to the existing heater. - Due date: Before Friday, 17 November 2023
