Looking for someone experienced to give my outdoor timber deck a fresh coat of decking oil/stain ahead of a house sale next week. • Approx size: 18m x 5m • Previously coated around 12 months ago • Condition: generally good, just needs a visual refresh Scope of work: • Light clean/blow off if needed (no heavy sanding required) • Supply all materials and equipment • Apply one coat of decking oil/stain for an even finish This is a quick refresh job, not a full restoration. Main goal is to improve appearance for sale photos/inspections. Flexible with product choice, happy to take recommendation on what will give the best finish quickly. Looking for someone who has done decks before and can get a neat, consistent result. Timing: Ideally ASAP (this week)

Laying of vinyl planks, not the click clack ones, in a town house. 2 bedrooms, one hallway area and wrap-around stairs. Ideally would like to do room by room on different days. Approximate 38 square metres. Located in Petrie. Monday and Wednesday preferably, if not, the weekend.

Laminate flooring was removed from a small section of my house when a pipe burst. Repairers had to remove the laminate flooring to dry underneath. Now I need someone to put the laminate pieces back on top of the tiles. We have all the pieces but they come in different sizes so you will need to be good at puzzles.

Have taken up carpet to discover I have floor boards so needing them sanded back and polished

The laminated countertop is burnt, just need to fix it and bring back to it’s original condition.

Remove remaining skirting boards from home. In areas the tiling is up against the boards. Happy to use tooling that cuts into tiles and grout as floors are being replaced.
