Interior, ground floor, sand, peel and paint lounge room and hall way. 3.2 meter high, touch up with cement & plaster, sand, under coast and two top coats. Must be willing to move lounge room furniture as well.

Apply 2 coats of good quality external low sheen acrylic paint to external rendered masonry wall. The wall has been previously painted only in the last 12 months so it is in good condition and only needs the top coat applied - no undercoat required but a scuff up with sandpaper on the top timber barge board where it adjoins the roof maybe necessary to ensure paint adheres. Also you may have to clean off the odd bit of dirt that may have accumulated over the last 12 months but this should be minimal. The only reason I am painting is to change the colour. It is white and the new colour will be a mid grey tone (to be decided). The Wall is approx 16m in length overall. Height varies from 3.4m to 6m in the highest parts with some lower heights as well. I can provide the paint. Access is good and the ground is all level paved but broken up with short runs of stairs. Inspection welcome before quoting.

Looking to have my front fence and side of my house painted. Fence is approx 66m2 (15m x 2.2m per side). House area I need done is approx 50m2 total. Paint exterior of two-storey house in Slacks Creek I’m looking for an experienced painter to prepare and repaint the exterior of my two-storey house in Slacks Creek. The house is a relatively simple square shape, with exterior cladding upstairs and masonry/blockwork downstairs. It also has a raised deck at the rear and external timber stairs and railings. Photos of the property are attached. Work required: * Clean the exterior and remove dirt, mould and loose paint * Safely prepare surfaces, including scraping, filling and priming where required * Treat visible rust marks and staining * Paint the upper exterior cladding * Paint the lower exterior masonry/blockwork * Paint the eaves, fascia boards and exterior trims * Paint the rear deck structure, stairs, posts and railings * Paint the front stairs and railings * Apply two finish coats of suitable exterior paint * Protect windows, roofing, concrete and surrounding areas * Clean the work area and remove painting waste when finished The price is for the complete task, including labour, good-quality exterior paint, preparation materials, equipment and any access equipment required for the two-storey sections. Needing some exterior windows sanded and painted. The paint is quite flaky in places so it needs to be sanded.

Our exterior curved garden wall (bricked) is weathered, peeling and in some places growing moss.. It will need to be sanded/scraped down and then painted in white ‘weatherproof’ paint. You will need to put a drop sheet over the garden bed so the paint flakes don’t go in please. The wall is 22m long x 1.7m high Need this done today (Tues) or tomorrow.

Exterior House Repair, Prep and Painting

Looking for an experienced, reliable painter to prep and paint the exterior front facade of my property. I believe some area only need to be cleaned (photo attached). I couple of walls have just been re-rendered.

Paint House Exterior of a two story house, rendered in the front and bagged at the sides and back, including the front block fence and back patio walls and eves. House is 36 squares to give you an idea of the size. Will need 2 coats as I want to change the wall colour from pink to lexicon white. Front Pillars and Balcony can remain same color as blue (current colour) Must bring own tools, ladders and paint.

Just moved out and getting house ready to sell. There are some patch up jobs where previous tenants have decided they know better and have tried to place plug sockets in different places. 3 bedrooms. Kitchen. Lounge. Dining room. All open space. The house is empty so work will be easy. Looking at straight lexicon white throughout. I will ensure the areas are ready to go. Will post pictures.
