We need an electrician to replace the electrical cable at the property so the new AC unit can be installed. The AC technician advised that the existing cable is 4mm, which is not sufficient for the new AC unit and needs to be upgraded to 6mm before they can proceed with the installation.

One PowerPoint is buzzing and needs replacing, we have a replacement. A second outdoor PowerPoint needs replacing as when one side is off it appears to still be able to be used.

I’m converting my garage into a home office/and would like the lighting modified. Existing: 2 linear ceiling lights currently controlled by an existing switch/motion sensor. What I’d like: 1. Keep the existing light/sensor control. 2. Add a master OFF switch so the existing ceiling lights can be completely disabled and won’t activate from the sensor. 3. Add a separate switch/dimmer for a new slim linear pendant above my desk. This will require new wiring to the pendant location. Ideally all 3 controls would be neatly integrated into one wall plate if practical. The pendant will be approximately 1.5–1.8m long and suspended fairly high near the garage-door mechanism. I’m looking for a licensed electrician to complete the following work in my bedroom: Remove my existing Minka-Aire F524-WHF 52" ceiling fan and its existing 4-speed wall controller. Install a new Claro Whisper Low Profile DC 52" ceiling fan at the existing ceiling location. Connect the new fan to the existing electrical supply where suitable, including the Claro receiver and required isolation switch. Replace the existing wall switch arrangement with an MFL Forge Heritage 3-Gang Complete Switch in Bronze (supplied by either myself or you). The Claro will use its supplied remote for speed control, so the existing fan speed controller will no longer be required. Complete all required testing and certification. The ceiling is flat and the existing fan is already installed at the desired location. I can provide photos of the existing fan, ceiling mounting point and switches, as well as the product specifications for the new fan and switches.

I require reinstalling or resetting two extraction fans in both bathrooms and replacing a light fitting in one of the bathrooms?
