Salt water pool that has been left over winter has gone a bit green. Would like someone to come and treat it, vaccume it, balance and flux it so it is ready for the short Melbourne summer. Has a chlorinator - but the shock mode doesnt work very well so will need a shock treatment. Has a sand filter that was refreshed last summer - so no cartridge filter cleaning req. No heater.

Bought a property that had a pool and filled, that specific area where pool was located soil has sunk and soil is always soggy. After the rain it is logging water and takes hours to drain. Not 100% sure if proper filling procedures were followed. Need someone to asses if the pool shell broken before filling and the mixed soil was compacted to avoid sinking and shifting and water logging. Also how can this issue be fixed and cost ?
