Large tree in the backyard needs to be cut back a limited amount. Branches are hanging dangerously due to tree decay. I want the tree made safe by cutting back parts of the tree.

I need an arborist to prune a couple of my neighbours magnolias that are grown over my roof . It needs to b professionally done to encourage the lower branches to grow as the upper branches are not allowing enough light . Hey, I require a certified Arborist report to present to a body corporate in a claim for damages that have since been repaired from tree roots to my drains. The body corporate has stated they will not take any responsibility without a report saying the tree roots came from one of their trees which are within meters of the drains, (only trees within miles) There is already a detailed report from plumbers with photos and videos of the damage cause and the tree roots.
