Hi. We recently programmed a new remote to our automatic gate opener however it's now stuck on a setting that automatically closes the gate as soon as it open (as opposed to remaining open until the remote button is hit again). We can change it, it just keeps defaulting back to automatic close. It is a BFT DEIMOS Ultra BT A400 Sliding Gate Motor.

I bought a cofee/tea machine from India. I need the plug change to an Australian plug.

Shutter motor is working but Shutters not coming up , two shutters are down .

The heating is not working I've checked: (1) the light is on (2) the battery is ok (I just replaced the battery) (3) the switch is on for the outside main machine

Our Westinghouse dishwasher has stopped working (water not entering) and we are getting “F5” error. I will pay for any replacement parts separately.

Just moved in to a new house and my heating is not working. I need someone to come round and have a look at it. The control box on the wall lights up but I can’t get the heat to come on. I have switched it on outside. I took pictures of things outside my understanding is there is a water heater and a separate gas heater to heat the house. Hot water heater is working but no heat. I understand that you may need to charge more depending on on what needs to be to be done but we can work that out when you get here.

Hi there, we urgently need a plumber to come and fix a leaking tap which we believe is happening behind the wall of the laundry taps - the photos attached show that behind the wall, it's definitely leaking. We went under the house and saw it dripping despite the taps being turned off. I know tomorrow is Good Friday (how's this for timing!) but would love someone to come and fix it, do whatever is required i.e. cut/drill into the wall etc to fix it. Not sure what the cost would be, so please put a proposal forward. Thanks!

Handle has come off Westinghouse freezer and we want it reattached.

Oven needs to be disconnected an placed in skip. Removal part of kitchen renoval so cabinetry can be removed if needed.

Brivis Gas Heater that runs underfloor heating seems to be not lighting properly and would like a quick service on it. Also have a hot tub that was removed recently and before removal of all the apparatus want the gas pipe for it to be disconnected properly for safety this is quick job for gas plumber

Looking for someone to install a benchtop dishwasher (will be treated as a normal dishwasher but due to limited space we have had to go with this model). Holes will need to be drilled through the cabinetry in order to connect plumbing and power. Also as this kitchen has never been set up to have a dishwasher so additional parts may be needed, but i'm certainly no expert hence the add.
