the Gas Compliance Inspection identified that the Hot Plates were too close to the Exhaust Fan and non-compliant to current standards. there may need to be some changes to the cupboards I was hoping that just the small piece of cabinetry above the Exhaust Fan could be removed and the Exhaust Fan moved up, however someone advised that the two overhead cupboards may need to be removed (something we would prefer not to do) as the Flue runs along and to the left through the adjacent cupboard. I would like to replace my existing cooktop with a new one. The existing cut out suits the new cooktop, however I am not sure with the gas line coming from the wall whether we would need additional pipe connectors. This is the new cooktop that I am replacing the current one with : Goldline 93cm Gas Cooktop White SAB4GLW. Old Roden cooktop measurements : Roden glass top measures 975mm X 445mm & underneath of cooktop measures 930mm X 405mm New Goldline 93cm Gas Cooktop White SAB4GLW : glass top measures 930mm x 450mm & cut out is 885 x 405mm, so it would sit nicely in the cut out hole. No worries with the 20mm odd exposed gaps on both sides once the new cooktop goes in as I intend to silicon it. All I need is to ensure the installation is done correctly by a licensed person. - Due date: Flexible

My roller shutter window (1450×1550) was stuck at the opening position.. It did not come down despite the motor inside is running. A previous airtasker forced manually rolling down the shutter and appears to have damaged the motor. Whoever can replace the motor with a wall switch may complete the task. The previous airtasker advised that a new motor for my roller shutter is $190 which will be reimbursed if you supply. Alternatively I can purchase a motor you recommend.

Brand new Bosch 900mm Series 6 ( DWB97LM50A ) Rangehood to be installed. I have already removed the old one. Duct and power already there. Tiled backdrop which would need to be drilled into for the brackets. Am pretty flexible for availability on what day/ time can be done but sooner the better.
