Fixed our washing machine and had a second hand part ready to go to replace our pump so we didn't have to wait for another return visit. Really nice and friendly bloke. Even said if it breaks down within 2 months he would come back as a warranty. Would certainly use his services again!

Have a Samsung bubble washer/dryer that doesn’t operate correctly. There’s seems to be in an issue with drainage as we are repeated getting the 5C error (blocked drain). I have drained the water from the filter and cleaned it multiple times but that doesn’t fix the issue. The ad says tomorrow but also available today from 5:30pm onwards also as we need this rectified asap - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 28 October 2023
