Assume something is stuck in our filter as we can't open it. Don't want to force it as it may break. Will most likely need to remove front of machine to get to the pump. Machine hasn't drained properly unless put on specific spin cycle. Assume cleaning filter will fix issue. Washing machine model is WAW28460AU/09 Flexible with timeframe to get it done.
