Our LG front loader washing machine (approx 5 years old) stopped draining yesterday. It was showing an ‘OE’ error code. I have followed the LG trouble shooting steps and (1) confirmed there is no kinked drain hose, (2) confirmed the drain pump is ok - i.e. it hums on a spin only cycle and (3) I have cleaned the drain pump filter. The issue persists after doing these trouble shooting steps. Given that, I think the internal drain hose is likely clogged. I’m not confident dismantling the washing machine myself to check this further and address it. I would like someone with some experience in washing machines to come and investigate further and hopefully repair it. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 10 January 2023

The washing machine is needing the filter by the hose drained and cleaned. I know this isn't a huge task, however, the washing machine has the dryer sitting on top, and I can't move both machines out from where it's sitting to get to the back and then clean the filter myself. If someone could assist, preferably with some kind of trolley to lift and shift the machine that would be most appreciated. - Due date: Flexible

Bought a new washing machine, retailer was meant to install it but have had them out twice and installation still not completed properly. Washing machine has been connected to the hot inlet tap instead of cold because the hose wasn’t long enough to connect to the cold inlet and they didn’t have hose extensions to connect it. When doing a cycle some water not leaving machine

I’ve just moved into a brand new apartment and as the washing machine has never been hooked up before, I need somebody qualified to connect it.

I bought a washing machine from marketplace and now looking for a plumber to install it. The apartment is brand new so the tap bolts needs to be removed to connect pipe to the tap

I have a dryer sitting on top of the washing machine . The dryer needs to be lifted off the washing machine, put it aside, washing machine probably needs to be disconnected from the water connection , put it aside, I will provide a platform to put in their place, then the washing machine needs to go onto the platform, and connect again to the water supply, and the dryer needs to be lifted and put on top of the washing machine. Both machines are around 50kg each, although it will be quite difficult to do this just one person
