I bought a Fisher & Paykel machine secondhand today off market place. I tried to do a wash clean and it came up with CLN FLTR. I drained it. When I tried to take the filter out, after turning it anti-clockwise, it won’t budge. When I turn it, there’s a sound. I think the previous owner has sold it because they have jammed it somehow. It has a screw which makes me believe you can take the front bit off. Does anyone know how to fix this???
