Bosch series 6 washing machine doesn't drain and causes e18 error and blue cap hard to open.

Moved house recently. Need to install washing machine and dryer drain pipe. Please no inexperienced people. Otherwise I can fix myself.

Have a Samsung bubble washer/dryer that doesn’t operate correctly. There’s seems to be in an issue with drainage as we are repeated getting the 5C error (blocked drain). I have drained the water from the filter and cleaned it multiple times but that doesn’t fix the issue. The ad says tomorrow but also available today from 5:30pm onwards also as we need this rectified asap - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 28 October 2023

I suspect the drain pump is blocked on my machine which is a Bosch WAW28460AU. It made weird noises in the drain pump area during the last wash, like something was moving around there. My 7 years old Fisher & Paykel 7.5kg front-loader has exhibited noise and vibration during its operation. I have checked that the machine is levelled and it does not jump around during operation. I can supply a video to demonstrate the noise. I have uploaded a picture to show the machine label. I would like to have this problem fixed.

He ordered the element but it did not come in time so I have the element and washing machine which came to Victoria separately. I need element to be installed into the back of the washing machine
