Have recently had Miele washing machine set up. Set up seems fine, until it stops with message saying open stop cock. Need assistance fixing, job should be short and easy.

The door on my bosch dish washer isn't latching. I can reset the latch and i will close once but it wont reset it self and close the second time Model no SMS68M22AU/96
