Hi. We recently programmed a new remote to our automatic gate opener however it's now stuck on a setting that automatically closes the gate as soon as it open (as opposed to remaining open until the remote button is hit again). We can change it, it just keeps defaulting back to automatic close. It is a BFT DEIMOS Ultra BT A400 Sliding Gate Motor.

Handle has come off Westinghouse freezer and we want it reattached.

Oven needs to be disconnected an placed in skip. Removal part of kitchen renoval so cabinetry can be removed if needed.

We have a Bonaire gas heating ( installed in ground and not on roof) but it’s thermostat/controller is spoiled . Will need to wire up from the heater and set a new thermostat . A technician was on site and verified the heater could manually run bypassing the thermostat and the issue was with thermostat itself . Our Rinnai Solar 26 hot water circulating has a dead short to earth in the pump motor and we want to replace only the pump and motor.

We have a fireplace at home which hasn’t been used in 30 years. I was told that the initial reason we didn’t use it was because the smoke did not escape out of the chimney properly due to the airflow. I’ve never had it looked at and subsequently can’t provide any more information I’m looking for some quotes on getting this repaired and in working order.
