As pictures show, need to disconnect existing gas pipeline and either remove all together or explore re-routing option to shift off of wall area (ie so no longer exposed). Only looking to disconnect the single line to the BBQ. Straight forward job Happy to discuss both with a qualified tradesman.

The washing machine has stopped working..the lights turn however it does not start the cycle. Should be a minor issue. I am happy to pay 30$
