I have a Samsung French Door 752L Capacity SRF752DSS that works really well most of the time - except the freezer struggles to stay at temperature when the weather is very hot. The problem happened last Christmas and is happening again now. We try not to open it too much. I have a temperature monitor in there and it varies from the -19°C it’s set at, and -3°C when really struggling. Maybe the seals need replacing. Maybe the coils need cleaning. I’m hoping someone can diagnose the problem- and that it can be fixed rather than a costly replacement. The appliance is too big for me to take it to a workshop. I need someone who is mobile and can service it onsite at my home please. Model: SRF752DSS - Due date: Flexible
