Fix Smeg exhaust fan, not turning off, always on. Light touch buttons See the photos and this attached video, the exhaust does not turn off and stays permanently on. Could be a problem with the touch buttons or something else. I can't find the exact model number but it's 150 cm exhaust. Everything else works. The top grill of oven has loosened and is hanging down - need it fixed but need oven cleaned and services.

There is a tear in the washing machine seal. (series 8 Bosch front loader. I think seal will need replacing. Also have a dripping tap (likely washer replacement) and check of the pump to make sure not blocked. (some water leakage noted near pump)

New Bosch 2 series dishwasher to be installed. Old dishwasher has been removed. Due to aqua stop on the water inlet hose, a larger hole in the cabinet is required as well as some modification to the pipe work.
