My kitchen exhaust rangehood has fallen a little and needs some screws to be reattached. It' not possible for me to see what brand it is, and I would like ti done in the neatest way possible. I also need a new toilet seat installed. The price quoted covers the cost of labour to fix the items; the cost of a toilet seat under $50 and the cost of basic screws; and the cost of visiting the property twice - once to check what is needed and once to fix the items. If more expensive items are required for the repair I can cover that additionally. I had to select a date for this job to be done, but in reality I am flexible and will need the person to organise directly with my tenants to find a mutual time that works.
Did a great job in reattaching my kitchen rangehood that pulled off from the wall and another handyman job. Was responsive, communicated well, and was concerned with getting the job done properly. Liaised with my tenants for me and made the whole process super easy. Totally recommend if you're looking for someone professional and reliable.
