The buttons of the rangehood are sometimes not responding, so we couldn't switch it on. Sometimes after we switched it on and use it, the buttons would stop responding as well, so we couldn't even switch it off. We have been unplugging the power to fix this issue temporarily. The lights of the rangehood would randomly switch on and off by itself.
