Kogan dishwasher e2 water inlet error. The filter is most likely blocked. I couldn't clear it so I decided to remove the filter to see if that was the issues but didn't realise there are sensor wires inside that I cut through

Awhile ago my mum took the pump in to get serviced and in the process lost the pieces that connect to the piping. I’m hoping someone can a) find these pieces and b) fit them for me. I will of course reimburse for the items.
