I need a licensed roofer with the necessary insurance(s) to 1. remove old seal 2. supply and install a black roof flashing seal for my chimney. The roof is a standard colourbond. PLUS while you are on the roof I need the dripping downpipe fixed. The drip is due to the top downpipe being installed over the bottom downpipe. Therefore I need to top downpipe slotted into the bottom one. See photos. - Due date: Flexible

Our LG washer dryer is within warranty but we can’t find the receipt of purchase unfortunately. So looking for someone to inspect and repair washer/dryer. The front door rubber seal has come off our Bosch Ecosilence Washing Machine. A towel got stuck in the seal and when we pulled the towel out it took the seal with it. I have looked it up on YouTube but it's probably best to get someone to do it. Looks like a quick job.

We need a space created to install a dishwasher. The space currently has a cupboard (door removed) and a corner cupboard. The corner cupboard will need the shelf cut at the top and bottom and I’m guessing the kick board will also need to be cut. Flexible on date, time and happy to negotiate.

Washing machine needs to be installed, tap won’t fit with the washing machine. Bought a Y adapter but they are too close to each other and won’t tighten resulting in water leaking. Preferably someone experienced like a plumber. Maybe a fitting is required or an adapter. Need it done ASAP.
