Hi there, we supply and install EV chargers and we recently encountered two issues at our customer's house: 1. Since installing the EV charger, the solar is not generating power anymore. The solaredge app showed that power was not being generated by the panels. 2. We installed a SolarEdge EV charger yet we're not able to sync it to the app as we need a solar accredited electrician to connect it. The physical charger hardware has been installed and is working. My washing machine has stopped working. It is approximately 7-8yrs old (can’t remember) it turn on ok, when starting a program I can hear the water but the drum doesn’t move.
