The exact inclusions with your appliance service will depend on the item you need to be installed or repaired. Door is stuck shut. Motor appears ok when latch disconnects motor working parts from the door. Nothing visually obvious preventing door movement. No accidents. Assuming it is an issue with some other working part of the door. Centurion brand.
