I have 3 exhaust fans in two bathroom and one toilet isn't working properly.

Remove old electric oven no longer working , replace with new oven to use

Disconnect faulty oven and connect new oven.

Stove top leaking gas and won’t turn off with nozzle. The other 3 stove tops still work though. It’s just the main big on

Needing either the washing line strings replaced on our washing line or a new Bunnings 4x string washing line installed at home. Hoping the strings can just be re done. Whatever option is cheapest. Likely handyman job. Also looking for curtain track removal + replacement in other ad if you can do both would be great. Can add photos this weekend.

Door is stuck shut. Motor appears ok when latch disconnects motor working parts from the door. Nothing visually obvious preventing door movement. No accidents. Assuming it is an issue with some other working part of the door. Centurion brand.
