This project requires somebody to install an external motor for a range hood. A hole needs to be drilled through the external double brick wall that is big enough for a 200mm pipe to go through. The external motor needs to be hung on the external wall (photo of the installation instructions for the external motor attached). You don’t need to worry about installing the actual range hood or electrical work - we just need somebody to drill the hole and install the external motor. The kitchen is located on the 3rd floor - which starts around 6m above ground level (green dot in the attached photo shows the approximate location of where the external motor needs to be installed). The access path behind the house is narrow (there is only 70cm between the external wall and the boundary fence). See photos for image of the access path. Ideally we would like it installed in the next week or so. Please let me know if you need any more info.

The current washing line and brackets are old and new replacing

Dishwasher isn’t that old, maybe 3 years, and isn’t cleaning dishes, unsure what the problem is, or how to fix it. Appears to work, but dishes come out not clean.
