My kitchen double freezer has gas leak. It need to be refilled

I'm looking for a skilled tradesman who can alter a laminex bench to accommodate a new cooktop. The existing cut-out is a tad too small, and we need an extra 100mm in width (from the back to the front of the bench) for the perfect fit. To achieve this, we're looking at slicing off an additional 50mm on each side of the current cut-out, and potentially shaving a few millimeters from the opposite side as well. The new cooktop is positioned right next to the cut-out, which should make it easy to take accurate measurements before making any cuts. I need someone who has the right tools and experience to handle this job with care and precision, ensuring that the cooktop sits flush and secure in its new spot. We need to install a timber wall (vapour barrier) between a heat pump and an LPG gas bottle at a commercial property. Build a wall 2m high, 1m in distance directly out from the building wall, between the PowerPoint and gas regulator, then a 90-degree turn to the right, for a length of 1.3m. This will result in achieving a 3.5m distance from the middle of the large cylinder to the hot water heat pump fan unit. The barrier/timber has to be silicone against the wall. I have a built in washing machine cavity that doesn’t fit my new washing machine. Need someone to modify it so that it fits. Needs to be a professional job, with the aesthetic of the laundry looking the same once done. Open to suggestions but I guess we are either cutting the bench top out to the necessary size (cut-out segment), or lifting that whole part of the bench top up. Currently the bench top is 900mm high and the washer is 940mm high. It fits width and depth fine, it’s just the height that is the issue. I’ve attached photos of the bench area and the big LG washing machine.
